Bekasi City KPAD Chair, Aris Setiawan said the first summons was a form of clarification of the report received by his party from P student's parents, Fitriyasah (45)

"We have already called and clarified, it has been conveyed from the school regarding complaints that came to us," Aris told TribunJakarta.com.

The results of this clarification will continue to be explored.

Aris asserted that there were two statements that were mutually contradicting the alleged bullying that allegedly happened to P. students.

"We will observe the results of clarification, we will deepen again, including with related parties, from parents we will also call again," he stated.

Another step that the KPAD will take in handling this case is to conduct a direct visit to the Al-Azhar Summarecon Islamic Middle School.

"We will only visit when we don't know when because from the school they also need preparation," said Aris.

Broadly speaking, the school denies any suspected bullying by senior P students who are Grade 7 students.

"If there is a report from the reporter (suspected of bullying), but if there is no report from the reporter, there is only a fight,"

"Because what we asked earlier was about the reports we received, a few things later we will ask again to the parents concerned," he stressed.

Meanwhile, the Al-Azhar 31 Islamic Middle School Summarecon Bekasi after fulfilling the call was reluctant to comment.

Azmi explained, this alleged case of bullying was first revealed when her child was reluctant to go to school because she was afraid of being attacked by her senior.

"The last incident on September 26, 2019, my son cried as if he was lazy to go to school, instead he said 'Mother doesn't know that I was beaten'," he said.

Rombongan Satgas Pangan Polri tiba di Pasar Induk Cipinang, Jakarta Timur, pukul 10.20 WIB, Kamis (22/11/2018). Kadiv Propam Polri Irjen Listyo Sigit hingga Ketua Satgas Pangan yang juga Karo Binops Bareskrim Polri Kombes Nico Afinta hadir.

"Pemerintah ingin segera harga beras kembali normal. Kami dari Polri bekerja sama dengan stakeholder sepakat, kami akan kerja sama, harga beras akan segera normal dan mencapai sasaran, masyarakat yang memang membutuhkan beras ini," kata Listyo Sigit.

Listyo mengatakan kehadirannya untuk memastikan distribusi beras medium ini berjalan dengan baik. Listyo optimistis terhadap stabilitas harga beras karena tahun ini Bulog memiliki stok yang lebih dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya.

Menurutnya, kehadiran Satgas Pangan cukup kuat untuk memastikan tidak adanya penyimpangan terkait harga dan stok beras untuk masyarakat. Dia pun menjelaskan salah satu cara Satgas Pangan mengawasi distribusi beras ke masyarakat, agar tak menyimpang.

"Kami dibentuk dari mulai tingkat Mabes sampai tingkat polres, polsek. Sehingga kami akan bersama stakeholder dan pedagang mengawasi, Bulog sudah menetapkan aturan sebelum mengedarkan ke pasar dalam jumlah besar, yaitu pedagang melaporkan misalnya di pasar sini ada 38 downline (pasar turunan)," terang Nico.

"Distribusi beras berapa banyak ke pasar-pasar turunan. Berapa lama beras itu habis, nanti terlihat. Dengan kontrol kami maka terlihat," tegas dia.

Pantauan detikcom di lokasi, tiga unit kontainer milik Bulog mengangkut beras-beras yang hendak dijual. Beras tersebut dikemas dalam karung 50 kilogram dan kemasan eceran 4 kilogram.

Direktur Food Station Arief Presetyo Adi menerangkan operasi pasar berlangsung hingga Maret 2019. Namun jika masih diperlukan, maka operasi akan diperpanjang.

"HET (harga eceran tertinggi) untuk beras medium saat ini Rp 9.450. Di pasar beras
Rp 9.225. Sekarang kami jual Rp 8.500 untuk di Pasar Induk Cipinang. Tapi kalau di pasar turunannya Rp 9.000," kata Arief.

Sukanto, salah satu pedagang beras di lokasi, menuturkan beras medium jarang dikonsumsi langsung oleh konsumen. Kebanyakan, beras mediun dijadikan campuran beras lain yang kualitasnya di atas medium.

"Penjualan (beras medium) nggak terlalu. Karena beras ini jalan orang konsumsi ini 6 dipakai buat oplosan," kata Sukanto.

Wilayah-wilayah yang mengalami HTH dengan kategori kekeringan ekstrem (>60 hari) yaitu Kabupaten Nagekeo, Flores bagian tengah di daerah sekitar Danga.

Kabupaten Sumba Timur di wilayah sekitar Melolo, Temu/Kanatang, Kawangu, dan Rambangaru, Kabupaten Sabu Raijua (sekitar Daieko), serta Kabupaten Malaka (sekitar Biudukfoho).Mengenai peluang curah hujan dasarian III November, dia menjelaskan, berdasarkan peta prakiraan peluang curah hujan dasarian III November 2018, diketahui bahwa wilayah NTT diprakirakan memiliki peluang curah hujan 51-100 mm sebesar 60-100 persen.

"Kecuali di sebagian kecil Kabupaten Alor dan sebagian kecil Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara diprakirakan memiliki peluang curah hujan 0-20 mm sebesar 60-100 persen," katanya.

Sedangkan di sebagian Kabupaten Ende, sebagian kecil Kabupaten Kupang, Timor Tengah Selatan, Rote Ndao, Sabu Raijua, Lembata, Alor serta Malaka diprakirakan memiliki peluang curah hujan 21-50 mm sebesar 60-90 persen.

"Serta di sebagian Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, Manggarai, sebagian besar Manggarai Timur, Ngada, sebagian kecil Kabupaten Nagekeo, Belu, Timor Tengah Utara, TTS, Kupang, Sumba Timur diprakirakan memiliki peluang curah hujan 101 - 150 mm sebesar 60-90 persen," katanya.

Pojok Nasional. Belasan perangkat Desa Sukowidi, Kecamatan Kartoharjodi, Magetan terancam masuk penjara. Mereka diduga terlibat dalam kepanitiaan ganti rugi Tanah Kas Desa (TKD) dampak dari proyek jalan tol Ruas Ngawi-Wilangan.

Kejaksaan negeri (Kejari) Magetan menduga ada temuan penyelewengan terkait pengadaan lahan kas desa tersebut.

"Kasus ganti rugi dari pembebasan lahan untuk jalan tol, di mana ada pembebasan lahan tanah kas desa yang diduga tidak sesuai ketentuan. Sehingga menyebabkan potensi kerugian negara karena harga di mark up oleh perangkat Desa Sukowidi," ujar Kepala Kejari Magetan Atang Pujianto saat dihubungi detikcom, Kamis (22/11/2018).

Atang mengatakan indikasi kecurangan perangkat Desa Sukowidi ada pada Kepala desa, Malikun. Malikun diduga sengaja mempersiapkan lahan untuk pengganti tanah desa. Tanah kas desa yang dibeli oleh kepala desa, lanjut Atang, dibeli dengan harga yang sangat murah saat mengetahui ada proyek jalan tol.

"Kepala desa Sukowidi ini membeli tanah dengan harga sangat murah dari warganya. Hal ini sudah direncanakan sebelumnya karena ada proyek jalan tol. Tanah yang dibeli kades itu berupa sawah yang sudah direncanakan digunakan sebagai tanah pengganti tanah kas desa dengan estimasi harga jauh lebih tinggi dari pembelian," ujar Atang.

Dikatakan Atang, hampir seluruh perangkat desa terancam dibui jika tidak kooperatif dalam pemeriksaan. Atang mengaku para perangkat desa yang tidak jujur dalam pemeriksaan bisa memberatkan karena pihak Kejari Magetan sudah mengumpulkan beberapa bukti indikasi kecurangan.

Sementara itu Kasi Intel Kejari Magetan Sudiharyansyah mengatakan bahwa, tanah milik kepala desa 30.807 meter persegi dibeli sebagai tanah kas desa dengan harga Rp 137 ribu per meter atau sekitar Rp 4,4 milyar. Padahal tanah sawah itu dibeli dari warganya hanya dengan harga yang sangat murah.

"Dugaan kami kades ini memperkaya diri dari uang negara ganti rugi jalan tol. Sengaja memanfaatkan momen beli tanah sawah milik warganya dengan harga murah. Setelah diakui miliknya seolah lurah ini menjual untuk tanah kas desa harga jauh lebih mahal," ungkap Sudiharyansyah.

Diungkapkan Sudiharyansyah, saat ini pihaknya masih melakukan pengembangan penyelidikan atas kasus tersebut. Nilai kerugian negara menurutnya masih dalam tahap penghitungan.

"Dalam hal pengadaan pengganti Tanah Kas Desa ada tim P2T yang diketuai oleh kades. Untuk nilai kerugian masih kita selidiki dengan periksa seluruh perangkat desa," ucapnya.

Dari data yang dihimpun detikcom perangkat desa yang telah menjalani pemeriksaan diantaranya Kepala Desa Malikun, Sekretaris Desa Ratna, Kepala Dusun 1 Dewi. Selain itu turut diperiksa beberapa Kaur Pemerintahan diantaranya Wawan, Yanti, Agus, dan Yahya.

Perlu diketahui Desa Sukowidi Kecamatan Kartoharjo Magetan telah dilalui jalan trans Jawa takni ruas tol Ngawi-Wilangan. Tepatnya KM 595 hingga hingga KM 598.

Rakyat Utama. Menteri Perhubungan (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi menyebut flight data recorder (FDR) Lion Air PK-LQP berhasil diunduh.

Budi mengungkap keberhasilan pengunduhan data FDR Lion Air PK-LQP dalam rapat kerja bersama Komisi V DPR di gedung DPR, Senayan, Jakarta, Kamis (22/11/2018). Budi awalnya menyampaikan hasil investigasi KNKT.

"Investigasi yang dilakukan KNKT bertujuan mencari penyebab kecelakaan dan memberikan rekomendasi keselamatan," kata Budi dalam rapat.

Sesuai dengan International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Annex 13, kata Budi, selain KNKT, ada pihak lain yang terlibat dalam kerja investigasi tersebut. Pihak-pihak itu mulai dari pendesain pesawat dan negara pembuat pesawat, dalam hal ini Amerika Serikat yang diwakili NTSB, Boeing, Australia Transport Safety Biro hingga dari pihak Singapura.

"Pihak-pihak ini sudah berada di Indonesia dan bersama KNKT melakukan kegiatan investigasi sesuai amanat ICAO," ucap Budi.

FDR Lion Air PK-LQP itu ditemukan awal November. Pada 4 November, data FDR berhasil diunduh termasuk memuat rekaman penerbangan JT 610 rute Jakarta-Pangkalpinang yang tak sampai tujuan.

"Pada tanggal 1 November FDR yang telah berhasil ditemukan, pada tanggal 4 November data FDR telah berhasil diunduh. Dari FDR berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 1.790 parameter dari 69 jam terdiri dari 19 penerbangan, termasuk yang mengalami kecelakaan," ungkap Budi.

Channel Rakyat. Cawapres Sandiaga Uno menghadiri wisuda sarjana XVI Universitas Bung Karno (UBK) di Balai Sudirman, Jakarta. Sandiaga ingin lulusan UBK menanamkan gagasan kemandirian Sukarno.

Sandiaga menyampaikan orasi ilmiah dalam wisuda sarjana XVI UBK, di Balai Sudirman, Jl Dr Saharjo, Kamis (22/11/2018). Sandiaga hadir didampingi istrinya, Nur Asia Uno.

Di awal orasinya, Sandiaga berbicara mengenai ide-ide Sukarno. Salah satu yang dibahas yakni mengenai kemandirian.

"Ide Bung Karno sangat pas untuk kalangan anak muda. Ide Bung Karno yang pertama adalah kemerdekaan. Kedua kemandirian, gagasan ekonomi berdikari, pas untuk anak muda yang ingin punya ruang sendiri, punya harapan yang ingin dikembangkan sendiri. Ketiga adalah inovasi," kata Sandiaga.

Sandiaga merangkum ide-ide Sukarno itu menjadi satu gagasan yaitu kewiraushaan. Dengan harapan, penciptaan lapangan kerja menjadi terbuka.

"Saya rangkum itu semua dalam sebuah konsep enterpreneur, kewirausahaan. Kami lihat bahwa enterpreneurship menjadi harapan untuk membuka lapangan kerja. Mari kita tingkatkan kemampuan kita mencetak enterpreneur," papar Sandiaga.

Sandiaga tak lupa mengimbau lulusan UBK untuk tidak melupakan sejarah. Sejarah, sambung Sandiaga, dapat menumbuhkan semangat persatuan.

"Kami cermati gagasan, ide dan terobosan. Jangan sampai melupakan sejarah. Kita harus terus memberikan semangat untuk persatuan bangsa ini," ujarnya.

Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan menanggapi pernyataan Calon Presiden (Capres) Prabowo Subianto soal air laut akan sampai bundaran HI.

Anies membeberkan bahwa dirinya dan pemerintah pusat sudah berkoordinasi.

Ia mengatakan, akan membangun National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD) yang dikoordinasikan dengan pemerintah pusat.

"Mengapa di sana dibangun program NCICD dengan pemerintah pusat? Untuk tanggul yang berada di pantai, dan itu akan kami teruskan, kami akan tuntaskan. Harapannya untuk menjaga, mengamankan," ujar dia di Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (21/11/2018).
